I build systems
that don't stop.

I spent twenty years commissioning industrial plants in seventeen countries. Then I started writing the software I needed and couldn't find. Today I work on three things: AI consulting, software products and industrial automation. I build them — I don't coordinate them.

01Services

What I can do for you

Six services, one way of working: understand the problem, tell the truth about costs, build.

Where the two worlds meet

Industrial copilots, machine vision on the line, predictive maintenance that still works in month two. In Italy, few people have their hands in PLCs and their feet in LLMs at the same time: if your problem sits exactly in that gap, we should talk.

03Method

How I work

01

I understand the problem.

A call, or a day on site if the plant needs to be seen. At the end I tell you what I would do, what it costs and how long it takes. If the project doesn't hold up, I tell you here — not after you've signed.

02

I build.

Frequent, visible deliveries — not three months of silence followed by a surprise. You watch the project grow and you can change your mind while changing it is still cheap.

03

I stay.

Commissioning is the beginning, not the end. You get real documentation and a phone number that answers. The code is yours, and so is the repository.

When I'm not the right person

Worth saying upfront, because wasted time is wasted by both of us.

  • If you're looking for the lowest quote. I'm not it, and I don't try to be.
  • If you need a team of fifteen people starting Monday. I can put you in touch with someone who has one.
  • If the project is already decided in every detail and you just want someone to type. I work better when I can question the choices.
  • If you need an app «just like» something that already exists and costs forty euros a year. I'll tell you which one to buy.

04About

Hands first, then code

I was born in Rome in 1985. I learned to read an electrical diagram before I could write a line of code, and for twenty years that has been my advantage: I understand what physically happens underneath the software.

In 2017 I founded Contech at the worst point of the cycle, and for a year I worked alone. Then Covid, then the automation crisis of 2024. That time we did the opposite of what fear dictates: we invested. Today we are ten people, with an office in Rome and a workshop in Fermo.

It's the same reason I started writing software: waiting for a problem to solve itself has never worked. Not in the factory, not anywhere else.

06Where to start

Two ways to begin

Thirty minutes, and at the end you know what to do.

You tell me the problem, I tell you whether I can solve it, what it costs and how long it takes. If it's not for me, I tell you right there — and point you to someone who does it better.

Free. It's not a sales call: it's the first hour of work.

Book thirty minutes

Five days to know whether AI is actually useful to you.

I look at your processes, not your tools. At the end you have a map of candidates ranked by expected return, an estimated monthly cost, and an honest answer — which is sometimes «not now».

Let's talk

Got a problem worth solving?

Write me what you need to build, even in two lines. I answer personally, usually within one working day.
