In two lines

This site only collects the data you send me through the contact form, and I use it only to answer you. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties, no profiling.

Which data and why

When you fill in the contact form you send: name, email, company (if you provide it), the service you're interested in, and the message. I use this data for one thing only: answering you. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools that identify you.

How it travels and where it lives

The form message is delivered to my mailbox through Resend, the provider handling the site's email delivery. The site is hosted on Vercel, in the Frankfurt (EU) region.

For how long

I keep the messages for the time needed to handle your request and any working relationship that comes out of it. If nothing comes out of it, you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You have the rights set out in articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, just write to me. If you believe the processing violates the law, you can contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
